The AIRE Centre brings cases before the European Court of Human Rights and the Court Of Justice of the European Union and has been involved in over 100 cases since the organisation was founded in 1993. The AIRE Centre works to ensure that all people enjoy their rights under European Law. They provide a unique service on the relationship between the two European legal orders and international Human Rights Law.
New Europeans is a civil rights organisation which champions freedom of movement, non-discrimination and the principle of solidarity in Europe. They work to promote awareness of the rights of European citizens, to live, work and study across the European Union. To this end, they promote inclusion and participation of EU citizens living outside their own member states in the communities where they live, through volunteering and other forms of active citizenship.
